Ingredients

12 ounces Miller Lite 
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 pounds top sirloin, cut into 1 ½-inch cubes
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 ½-inch sections
1 red onion, cut into 1 ½-inch sections
1 large zucchini, cut into ½-inch thick rounds
1 large yellow squash, cut into ½-inch thick rounds

Directions

Step1
In a large bowl, whisk together beer, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oil, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Place steak and marinade in a food-safe plastic bag, press the air out, seal and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Step 2
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.

Step 3
Toss bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and squash in remaining 1 tablespoon of canola oil and season with 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon ground black pepper. Thread the beef onto the skewers, alternating with slices of bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and squash.

Step 4
Place skewers on the grill and grill for 4 minutes then flip and continue to grill another 4 minutes until the beef and vegetables are slightly charred and the internal temperature of the beef registers 130°F for medium-rare. Serve.
